These books, it must be remembered were offered by the U S IN Cote dโIvoire in the framework of the Summit to encourage participants to read but, especially to give them tools through these books to enable them to boost their work on the field. TELL ME WHAT YOU READ AND I WILL TELL YOU WHO YOU ARE
The third part of the Book Club initiated by the NGO PLANETE PAIX in collaboration with the United States Embassy in Cรดte d ‘Ivoire is attracting a lot of interest and enthusiasm for young people. Young people understand through this activity that reading is necessary for their intellectual development. Three (03) books were scrutinized :
1- “La vache pourpre”
2- “LโArt du Pitch”
3- โDevenez un grand leader”
The first book allowed participants to understand why and how to be remarkable. The second taught them pitching techniques. Finally, the third gave them the necessary advice to become a great leader for example to develop the art of listening, to value people and results and to embody the values. Youth was invited to adopt the saying: “Tell me what you read, and I will tell who you are”. This saying is indeed, the translation of “Tell me who you frequent, and I will tell you who you are”. But, here, the originality lies in the fact that for Anglophones reading is a powerful factor of transformation and development of people. In conclusion, participants began to internalize the idea that each one of us is but the sum of his readings and would like program to go on.

PLANETE PAIX SUBMITTED ITS PROPOSAL DOCUMENT
PLANETE PAIX has submitted its document of proposals for the reform of the Independent Electoral Commission to the State Secretariat for Human Rights and the Ministry of the Interior and Security. For the Organization, the prerequisite for the success of the reform is the setting up of an ad hoc Electoral Reform Commission. This Commission will have to include all components of society for frank, objective, consensual, credible and democratic discussion for the future of our country. In addition, PLANETE PAIX believes that the reform must also affect the electoral control institutions if one wants to resolve once and for all the elections related crises in Cรดte d ‘Ivoire. The Organization wants the appointment of the members of the Election Control Institutions to also use democratic or consensual ways to inspire confidence and credibility. Wisdom recommends that one make an excellent decision when one has the possibility to avoid being a victim of his subjective decisions because the wheel turns and it turns actually.
