Invited on Friday December 04, 2020 at ISTC Fm radio, the Central President of PLANETE PAIX H.Em. Achille COMOE and the Secretary for External Affairs Miss. Diallo Mariam explained in detail the “ANOUANZE225” project. They said that ANOUANZE in the local AKAN language means “UNTERSTANDING”. For them, the code 225 indicates the area concerned by the project, Cote d’Ivoire. ANOUANZE225 comes in response to the recent Ivorian pre-election, electoral and post-election crisis punctuated by inter-community conflicts, they added. In addition, political leaders have been invited to make use of dialogue at all times and in all places in the resolution of the conflicts which oppose them or which could oppose them. It should be noted that the ANOUANZE225 project already launched online is favorably received by Internet users. Finally, the Champions for Peace called on all the nation’s forces and international institutions to support the program.

This Monday, November 30, 2020, a delegation of Planète Paix-Côte d’Ivoire led by the Country Champion, His Excellency Dr. Erick Amani, was received by the multidisciplinary artist (writer, poet, choreographer and painter), Wêrê-Wêrê Liking.
On the menu for this meeting, the program called “ANOUANZÈ 225” . Planete Paix received all the support and wise advice from the Queen Mother of the village Ki Yi for the smooth running of this vast campaign to raise awareness of peace and social cohesion in Cote d’Ivoire.

As part of its awareness tour for peaceful presidential elections, the Youth Parliament of Côte d’Ivoire (Bingerville Section) organized, with the participation of YoungMotivators and Planète Paix Côte d’Ivoire, on Sunday 04 October 2020 in the municipal library of the Bingerville youth center a public conference.
Invited to communicate on “the role of Ivorian youth for peaceful elections”, the speaker, Doctor Erick Amani, Planète Paix Côte d’Ivoire Country Champion, called on young people to be responsible citizens.
For the speaker, it was a question of indicating that no society concerned about its development and respect for the dignity of each human being can flourish in violence. For him, as much young people are a major asset of cohesion and development, they can constitute a considerable barrier to the general development of society if their education is not strategically oriented towards tolerance which grants a space of choice to acceptance and expression of difference.
This message of promoting tolerance and the uninterrupted quest for stability found an attentive ear among the youth of Bingerville.

On September 30, 2020, the NGO PLANETE PAIX attended an activity organized by the French Institute of Côte d’Ivoire. This was the first talk of the 2020-2021 season which focused on the theme of Masculinities!
This exchange was the perfect opportunity for us to reflect and debate on gender stereotypes, on the construction of masculinity and femininity, on the role of education, on all forms of masculinity, in the warm atmosphere of the IFCI green theater.
During this talk we tried to define the notion of a good man. Some people define the good man in relation to the woman. For them a good man is one who cherishes, respects and treats his wife well. Instead, others recalled that one should not define a man in terms of a woman or say that a man is good because he does not beat his wife. For the latter, the good man is quite simply the one who is honest, responsible and respectful. Moreover, regarding the issue of gender stereotypes after several contradictory ideas it was noted that the man has always been considered the super hero. The one who can do everything, the one who is strong unlike the woman. So to banish this thorny thought it was suggested to avoid comparisons between man and woman tending to victimize or portray woman as a vulnerable being.
There are love relationships between man and woman, two special beings. Human beings in their own right and one of a kind. Hence their incomparability.

The office of the International Criminal Court in Cote d’Ivoire invited on Monday, September 21, 2020, day of the celebration of the International Day of Peace, several Civil Society Organizations, including the PLANETE PAIX Cote d’Ivoire conducted by his Country Champion His Excellency Doctor Erick Amani, to take part in a round table.
Focused on the theme: ” Crossed perspectives in the implementation of the Rome Statute: Challenges and perspectives for the promotion of international criminal justice and the prevention of atrocities ”, several interesting panels furnished this enriching round table which took place at the Palm club hotel in Cocody.
