It is in line with the 2063 Agenda of the African Union. It is a project that welcomes 100 participants as diverse as mid-career experience in law, politics, government, private enterprise, civil society and international development from Africa and the United States of America. The program builds on a theoretical and hands-on framework that systematically integrates individuals, ideologies and institutions, with the objective of addressing weak state capacity, poor service delivery, marginalization and poverty, endemics, as well as climate migration while contributing to the empowerment of women.
