As a prelude to the ANOUANZE 225 program which will be held in Bonoua, on May 27 and 28, 2022, a joint Planet Peace Mission – Ministry of Youth, Professional Integration and Civic Service has been carried out in the said locality with the Youth, administrative and customary authorities with a view to taking into account the concerns, opinions and peace needs of the aforementioned population within the framework of the implementation of the project. The delegation was received by the Sub-prefects of Bonoua who welcomed the program and praised the initiative and the approach.
ANOUANZE 225 is an initiative of PLANETE PAIX, funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State and implemented in partnership with Meridian International Center. The project benefits from the support of the Ministry for the Promotion of Youth, Professional Integration and Civic Service of Côte d’Ivoire and many other partners.

Democracy needs the participation of all social strata. It is in this perspective that PLANÈTE PAIX is launching ANOUANZE 225.
ANOUANZE 225 is an initiative of PLANETE PAIX, funded by the Office of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State and implemented in partnership with Meridian International Center in collaboration with the Ministry for the Promotion of Youth, Integration Professional and Civic Service of Côte d’Ivoire and many other partners.
This is an annual project which aims to promote peace, social cohesion, reconciliation, living together, democracy, the rule of law as well as civic values, sine qua non conditions for stability and development. which lasts.
On Friday April 15, 2022, PLANÈTE PAIX and the Department of Citizenship and Citizenship of the Ministry of Youth, Professional Integration and Civic Service had a working session on the practical phase of the ANOUANZE 225 program.
The first edition will take place in Bonoua on May 27, 28, 2022.

To mark the celebration of International Women’s Rights Day 2022, PLANÈTE PAIX Côte d’Ivoire, under the leadership of its Country Champion, Doctor Erick Amani, organized a conference-debate this Friday, April 1 in the of the American Space of the Félix Houphouët-Boigny University of Cocody.
Around the theme “Women, rights and leadership: from yesterday to tomorrow”, three speakers, Professor Hélène T. KIENON-KABORÉ, Ms. Cedia Christelle YAO and Professor Rosine Cinthia GAHÉ-GOHOUN, took turns analyzing the socio-historical contexts struggle for women’s rights, the current reality of these rights and what is needed for a better development of women and for the future of their rights. The speakers pointed out that considerable progress has been made for the development of women so far, certainly, but it is good to recognize that there is still much to do.
This conference-debate was an opportunity for all participants to learn more about the effectiveness of the fight for human dignity in general, and of women in particular.
It should be noted that the initiator of this activity, the NGO PLANÈTE PAIX, is an organization that has existed since March 5, 2007.
It is led internationally by HE Achille Comoé and in Côte d’Ivoire by Dr. Erick Amani. It has made it its mission to work in the search and maintenance of peace. It works for sustainable development and social well-being. It promotes human rights and fundamental freedoms. It exists in 32 countries around the world and 45 localities in Côte d’Ivoire.

Saturday March 05, 2022, PLANÈTE PAIX celebrated its 15 activism.
“Which Peace Planet for Peace, Security and Sustainable Development in the world?” was the question the Champions answered during these 2 days dedicated to 15 years of activism. Indeed, March 04 and 05, 2022 were marked by high points of reflection with a view to developing a strategic action plan and a procedure manual for a much greater revitalization of the organization.
The Champions placed the celebration of the anniversary of their Organization under the patronage of Mrs. Georgette BOUANH epse KOUASSI, Director of Civics and Citizenship of the Ministry for the Promotion of Youth, Professional Integration and Civic Service.
Planète Paix sends its words of thanks to the United States Embassy in Cote d’Ivoire for its immeasurable support during the celebration of its anniversary.

Under the war Russia – Ukraine

PLANETE PAIX notes with regret that diplomatic errors did not allow to save the war Russia-Ukraine. But, an excellent diplomacy can still save lives, considering that diplomacy has no right to fail. If one path of diplomacy has led us straight to a useless war with its trail of deaths, there are a myriad of other possible ways to make peace, to save lives.
PLANETE PAIX invites consequently, all the parties involved in the conflict to go beyond the legitimate emotion felt with regard to the sufferings of the Ukrainians to take into account the objectively defensible interests of the two brotherly countries.
For PLANETE PAIX, in an extremely sensitive situation, each word, each speech, each gesture, each action must contribute to peace, to de-escalation; the objective being peace, nothing but peace.
For PLANETE PAIX, it appears obvious that only the concerned States can solve the problems which oppose them by means of mediation.
PLANETE PAIX invites then, the African Union to take all its place in a total impartiality in this mediation alongside Turkey for a happy outcome of the settlement of the dispute between the two brotherly countries.
PLANETE PAIX, congratulates Turkey for this noble initiative aiming at the establishment of peace in this corner of the world.
PLANETE PAIX calls for a direct meeting between the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Putin and his counterpart Mr. Volodymyr Zelensky President of Ukraine in order to put an end to this useless war, to avoid a total war and a world economic crisis.
PLANETE PAIX, considers that sanctions, the supply of lethal weapons, applause, partiality have no other effect than to encourage the conflict and would like to insist on the dialogue which is the weapon of the strong.
PLANETE PAIX, consequently invites to a global, objective and lasting solution that lean upon dialogue and diplomacy.
To conclude, PLANETE PAIX invites each side to meditate on these words dear to President Félix Houphouët Boigny: “There will be no peace as long as force seems to be the only possible recourse to resolve intolerable situations.”

Under the Burkinabe, Mali and Guinean situations

PLANETE PAIX recommends to ECOWAS and African Union to take into account the legitimate aspiration of the Malian, Burkinabe and Guinean people in the search for a solution.
PLANETE PAIX strongly recommends the way of dialogue, constructive, inclusive and participative diplomacy for a lasting peace in these places of the world; isolation and sanctions all azimuths cannot be a solution insofar as they directly target the people we wish to save.
