PLANETE PAIX begins its project Peace Digital Elections. It is a national program that combines the so-called “Intelligentsia” program, training workshops, capacity building, videoconferences, e-meetings, e-discussions, e-panels, sensitization etc. The program aims to promote peaceful, inclusive, participatory elections by 2020 in CΓ΄te d’Ivoire. The next guest for the intelligentsia program is Mr. Giscard KOUASSI UNDP Governance Program Specialist. He will discuss the issue of integrity and election observation.
